The Empowered Movement is a dedicated group based in Kosofe, committed to advancing quality education and bridging the gap in literacy. We are passionate about empowering individuals, particularly young students, with the tools and support they need to succeed academically and beyond. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) on quality education, we focus on creating a future where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
MISSION & VISION
To build a world where every child in Kosofe and beyond has access to quality primary and secondary education, enabling them to achieve foundational literacy and numeracy skills essential for lifelong learning and empowerment.
The Empowered Movement is dedicated to ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all, with a focus on providing under-resourced communities with the tools, resources, and support necessary to reach minimum proficiency in literacy and numeracy. Through targeted initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement, we strive to enhance educational outcomes and uplift learners, building a foundation for personal growth, community development, and sustainable progress.
